Who we are
International SMS is provided by Infinite Loop Development Ltd, Ireland ("we"). Contact: info@infiniteloop.ie.
Public numbers
You can use the Public tab without an account. Texts sent to the public numbers are stored on our servers and shown to every user of the app. The sender's phone number is partly hidden. Reported messages are deleted straight away. Don't send personal information to a public number.
Private numbers and accounts
To use a private number you sign in with Apple. We then store:
- the identifier Apple gives us for your account, and the email address you chose to share (which may be an Apple relay address);
- details of your subscription from Apple (transaction identifiers, product, renewal and expiry dates). We never see your payment details;
- your device's push notification token, so we can notify you of new texts;
- the texts sent to your private number, including the sender's number.
We use this only to provide the service: to set up your number, show you its texts, notify you, and manage your subscription. When you subscribe, we email ourselves your email address and order so we can set up your number.
Who processes the data
- Google Cloud hosts the service and stores the data (London region).
- Infobip provides the phone numbers and delivers incoming texts to us.
- Apple provides sign-in, payments and push notifications.
- Amazon Web Services sends our order emails.
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising, and the app contains no ads or tracking.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept until they are reported or deleted. When a private subscription ends, the number is removed from your account and its messages are deleted. Deleting your account in the app deletes your account details and the messages on your private numbers. Server logs, which may include IP addresses, are kept for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@infiniteloop.ie. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
Children
The app isn't intended for children under 13.
Changes
We'll update this page if the way we handle data changes.
